Refund policy

You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase.
You have 14 days to tell us you want to cancel the order and then a further 14 days to return the product. Please note a refund will not be processed until the products have been returned to our premises.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Returned Items must be accompanied with proof of purchase
• The cooling off period of 14 days does not apply to personalised products
• Special Order Items – Items which we sell but do not usually keep in our own warehouse are called “Special Order Items”. You may place an order for them on our website and we will order it especially for you, however if this “Special Order Item” is returned and is not faulty or damaged, a 10% restocking charge will apply.
